Please Bring the supplies Everyday!

•Student Supply List

·Backpack

·Workbook

·3-ring binder

·Pencil & Eraser

·Pen & highlighter

·Notebook (wide rule/ college rule)

·Line papers

·Water bottle

Crayons (K – 3rd only)
Shoes Box, Water Color Paint, Paint Brush, Magazine (Art Class)

•Absence and Late Arrival

•PLEASE SIGN IN AND OUT YOUR CHILD AT THE GYM EVERYDAY !!!

•In case of absence, the parent needs to call Director before 9:00 am.

·Attendance is mandatory for all.

·Being on time (9:00 am or earlier).

·3 tardies are counted as one absence.

•Discipline in Classroom

•If students get more than 3 warnings, they will be sent to Director’s office.

·Showing disrespect to teachers/T.A/classmates.

·Breaking classroom rules.

·In a severe case, consequences of no field trip or no school day.

•Homework & Test

•Students must complete homework and tests.

·Bring homework every day.

·Any unfinished or missing works need to be completed and turned in.

·Any missing test need to be taken in due day.

No Game Zone!

•Electric Devices

•If students are caught using the cell phone or other devices, it will be taken away for that day.

·No electric devices, games, MP3 players during Summer Academy.
